Background:
St Stephen's School needed an effective and secure Business Directory for staff and parents to help develop the community of the school.
Challenge:
The original business directory the school was using was very labour intensive, with staff needing to manually maintain and edit profiles and business listings.
Additionally, the original business directory had poor usability, leading to a lack of signups and retention of users.
Our Result:
We built a Membership Business Directory website that addressed all frustrations of the previous flawed system.
Designed to automate as much of the business listing process as possible, the result was an increase in traffic, signups, and time on site with positive feedback from staff and parents.
